Crafting Exceptional Spaces in the City of Brotherly Love
Finding the right residential architect in Philadelphia is about more than just blueprints; it’s about understanding the soul of our city’s neighborhoods. At Eorbix Tech Architecture, we specialize in navigating the complex zoning laws and historical commission requirements that make Philly architecture unique.
Our philosophy is rooted in “Contextual Modernism.” We believe that a new home or a major renovation should respect its surroundings while providing the contemporary comforts of 2026 living. Featured Project: The Chestnut Hill Revival
A Balance of Glass and Stone
Location: Chestnut Hill, PA
Scope: 5,000 sq. ft. Custom Estate
The challenge was to build a modern, glass-heavy residence on a lot surrounded by traditional Wissahickon Schist stone homes. We utilized local stone for the foundation while implementing floor-to-ceiling high-performance glass to bring the wooded surroundings indoors.
Result: Winner of the 2025 Philly Design Excellence Award.
